Pre Sales

 

Responsibilities :

  • Able to create presentation material and present or do demo to prospect client

  • Able to design required solution to prospect client

  • Meeting with clients to determine solution/products requirements

  • Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs

  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally

  • Supporting sales team

  • Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal

  • If needed, doing demo or proof of concept (POC)

  • Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required (demo equipment, technical specification) to provide technical solutions

  • Build technical relationship with prospects existing customers

 

Qualifications :

  • Minimum S1 graduate from IT, Eectrical Engineering or Telecommunication

  • Having good knowledge in various IT Technologies (Server, Externa storage, various operating system and application, networking, etc) is an advantage

  • Having good communication skill and good attitude

  • Can work individually and in a team

  • High integrity, committed and responsible person

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Fast learner and have attention to detail

 

Sales IT (Public Sector)

 

Responsibilities :

  • Selecting auction packages which to be followed through LPSE

  • Handling public and private project

  • Maintain good relation with client/principle

  • To do the e-catalog process

  • Deal with both internal (staff) and external (customer) related issues

  • Be a role model of well behaviour and attitudes at work

  • Prepared bids or tender and the completeness

  • Oversee the tender process so that it runs smoothly and successfully

  • Create regular reports (daily, weekly and monthly)

 

Qualifications :

  • Male/Female max 35 years old

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in any major

  • Having minimal 2 years of proven sales track record in developing IT Networking business in one of the following customer type : Government Sector, BUMN

  • Having experience in creating/prospecting and managing accounts

  • Experience in customer service and retail management

  • Having ability to work individual also cooperate with team

  • Having good interpersonal skill

  • Able to work based on target

  • Able to build, manage and maintain pipeline

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, a self motivated, hardworking and problem solving skills

  • Willing to travel around Indonesia

 

Account Manager

 

Responsibilities :

  • To do prospecting, Calling, Qualifying, customers

  • Preparing and follow up quotations, closing sales

  • Making presentations product

  • Establish a good relationship to the customer

 

Qualifications :

  • Male/ Female Max. 35 years old

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in any major

  • At least 1-2 years direct IT Sales experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, a self motivated, hardworking
    and problem solving skills

  • Computer literate

  • Able to work in team and collaborate with many partners

 

GA Coordinator

 

Responsibilities :

  • Maintenance housekeeping/cleanliness of the office and all facilities

  • Manage company cars daily usage and maintenance

  • Responsible for all company’s asset, procurement of facilities and office equipment

  • Monitoring and ensuring all offices facilities and office equipment can run smoothly

  • Supervise and control all incoming and outgoing goods in accordance with the SOP

  • Planning, controlling and reporting warehousing

  • Scheduling delivery of goods

 

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3) in any major

  • Min 2 year experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Computer literate

  • Having experience in managing asset and inventory management

  • Having experience in managing delivery of goods and material

  • Having experience in managing office maintenance and company cars

  • Strong leadership and excellent communication

  • Hardworking, honest, firm and trustworthy

  • Having driving license (SIM A & SIM C)
